Rigtingbedonnerd: op die spoor van die Afrikaner post '94 is the Afrikaans translation of Afrikaners, een volk op drift, and was published in 2012 by Tafelberg.

Afrikaners, een volk op drift, published in 2012 by Nijgh & Van Ditmar, is a book about what happened to the Afrikaners them after they lost political power in 1994. It’s based on travels around the country, including visits to controversial places such as Bloed Rivier and Orania. The author spoke to many Afrikaner luminaries, including ex-president F.W. de Klerk, extremist Eugene TerreBlanche, writer Antjie Krog, religious leaders, punks, artists, farmers, right-wingers, old lefties, cynics, dreamers and Afrikaners who simply chose to leave it all behind and settle in faraway Australia. The book tries to find an answer to the question “Where to now, Afrikaner?” The cover photo, which shows Fokofpolisiekar bassist Wynand Myburgh, was shot by Liam Lynch. In 2013 Afrikaners was nominated for the MJ Brusse Award (best journalistic book) and the VPRO Bob den Uyl Award (best travel book).

Rigtingbedonnerd was translated by Zandra Bezuidenhout.
